
Unlimted CrossFit Classes
CrossFit All Levels. A dynamic CrossFit class for all levels from beginner to advanced. A Sneads Ferry coach will lead you through an inspirational warm-up followed with a skills or strength lesson, followed by the daily WOD or Workout of the Day - one hour class.
This class will be constantly varied using functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity for the best results in strength, power, endurance, speed, accuracy, flexibility, and balance.

Fundamentals
New to CrossFit? No problem. We will teach you everything you need to know to execute the movements in a safe and effective manner.
The purpose of this program is skill development and exposure to the movements that will make up the core of the Sneads Ferry CrossFit WODs (workout of the day). This program is a prerequisite for everyone new to CrossFit regardless of fitness level before participating in the WOD classes.
You will receive four one-hour sessions with a coach in a small group environment designed to prepare you for CF classes.
