CROSSFIT SKILLS

CrossFit skills is helping athletes fine-tune their mobility library. During this class you will learn from our expert coaches how to develop the progressions for CrossFit skills (handstands, double unders, toes-to-bar, etc.). Coaches will provide guidance and focused attention to enable athletes to advance these movements. Regardless of skill level and experience, CrossFit skills class is a great place to focus on proper movement function.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids teaches the 10 General Physical Skills of CrossFit: Cardiovascular, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The Skills are the base of any sport or discipline children may pursue. Studies have shown chidlren will increase their ability to learn and succeed, once they have a base in CrossFit. Most importantly we provide your child with a fun and safe atmosphere to exercise, play with friends, and build teamwork skills and confidence.

Angelica is committed to providing a class that practices functional exercise, mimicking children playing. We firmly believe that ALL kids are capable of amazing things.
