Unlimted CrossFit Classes

CrossFit All Levels. A dynamic CrossFit class for all levels from beginner to advanced. A Sneads Ferry Coach will lead you through an inspirational warmup followed with a skills or strength lesson, followed by the daily WOD or Workout of the Day. 1 hour class.

This class will be constantly varied using functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity for the best results in strength, power, endurance, speed, accuracy, flexibility & balance.


Open Gym

For those looking to do their own thing!

Open Gym is an opportunity for you to perform some independent programming where you get to come use our facility how you want.

*A Staff Member is on site during that time to ensure the safety of everyone in the gym.



New to CrossFit? No problem. We will teach you everything you need to know to execute the movements in a safe and effective manner.

The purpose of this program is skill development and exposure to the movements that will make up the core of the Sneads Ferry CrossFit  WODs (workout of the day). This program is a prerequisite for everyone new to CrossFit regardless of fitness level before participating in the WOD classes.

You wil receive 4- one hour sessions with a coach in a small group environment designed to prepare you for CF Classes.

Distance Programming

For only $25 a month gain access to Sneads Ferry CrossFit Programming. This includes daily mobility/warmup, strength/skill, and a WOD. Endurance WOD (1x weekly), Accessory work (3x weekly), strength cycles, and Wodify for progress tracking. This is ideal for people who travel, use home gyms, or are deploying.
